Christie is a yoga and meditation teacher, personal trainer, health coach, respiratory therapist, moon enthusiast, and lover of all things self-care. Her purpose is driven from a place that knows woman can often feel isolated, stuck, and simply like they aren't living in their own power. I want to help you regain that innate power. Years of working in the hospital has cultivated a deep appreciation for a healthy lifestyle and plant-medicine.
KEELIE
Keelie is an artist, devoted meditation practitioner, teacher of yoga, creativity, and matters related to the heart. She has a masters in cross-cultural education and has studied yoga and psychology for 10+ years, Her focus areas have been Vipasana, yin yoga, breathwork, identity research, the Internal Family Systems model and a variety of trauma-informed practices.
